Responsabilidades e atribuições

Manage onboarding, termination, labor contracts, and daily attendance for local staff

Collaborate with local agencies to ensure payroll aligns with Brazilian labor laws (CLT); Source resumes, screen candidates, and arrange interviews based on business needs

Facilitate daily communication between Chinese management and local Brazilian teams

Translate and adapt global HQ policies into local language and practices

Organize cross-cultural team activities to boost morale and reduce cultural gaps.

Requisitos e qualificações

Bachelor’s degree or higher (HR, Business Administration, or Language studies preferred);Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese, Mandarin (learning background is a strong plus);Practical foundation in HR operations and basic knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT);Strong interpersonal skills, cultural empathy, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
