What you will do • Lead efficient, scalable insurance operations across the value chain • Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle (issuance, endorsements, maintenance) • Oversee claims handling and ensure timely resolution • Act as key interface with insurers, dealers, clients, and partners • Drive SLA compliance and continuous improvement • Implement process optimization and scalability initiatives • Support launch of new insurance products • Improve data quality for better analytics and decisions

Requisitos e qualificações:
