FI Knowledge

• General Ledger (GL)
• Fixed Assets (AA)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Credit Management / Credit Limit
• Bank Communication / EDI
• Treasury

CO-PC Knowledge

• General understanding of Product Costing (CO-PC)
• Experience participating in Product Costing scenarios
• Basic knowledge of Product Cost Planning and Cost Object concepts
• Basic understanding of month-end closing activities related to Product Costing
• Integration between FI, CO-PC and PP

The candidate is not expected to be a CO specialist but should have practical experience or exposure to Product Costing processes.

Additional Requirements

• Experience working in an Application Managed Services (AMS) environment
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Project Management
• Ability to document SAP processes
• SAP Certification is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with Material Ledger
• Integration with VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
• Integration with Vertex (Tax Management)

Core Experience

• 4+ years of SAP experience
• Strong experience in SAP FI, with solid knowledge of Finance business processes
• Experience participating in at least one full implementation or rollout project
• Experience integrating SAP FI with other modules, especially SAP PP and SAP SD
• Practical exposure to SAP CO-PC (Product Costing), with understanding of product costing concepts and participation in related business processes
• Understanding of business processes and SAP best practices to provide effective business solutions

Responsibilities

• Act as the SAP FI functional consultant, supporting Finance initiatives and digital transformation projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FI solutions.
• Configure and support SAP FI while collaborating with CO-PC and other integrated modules.
• Support Product Costing (CO-PC) activities and collaborate with Manufacturing and Finance teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and support testing activities.
• Provide end-user support, training, and maintain SAP process documentation.
• Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.
• Support continuous improvements and process optimization initiatives.
• Stay up to date with SAP innovations and best practices.
