Join Volvo Trucks Latin America and help drive financial performance, digital transformation, automation, and business intelligence initiatives across the region. Responsibilities • Develop and manage forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans. • Analyze variances, KPIs, and financial metrics to support decision-making. • Partner with Latin America Controllers and Commercial leaders to identify business drivers, risks, and opportunities. • Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with Volvo financial policies. • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives within Finance and Business Control. • Develop dashboards, data visualization tools, and automated reporting solutions. • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize processes through digital tools and analytics. • Promote a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance environment.

Requisitos e qualificações:

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. • Experience in controllership, FP&A, business partnering, and/or finance transformation, preferably in automotive or manufacturing. • Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. • Experience with automation, dashboards, and business intelligence tools. • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and data visualization concepts. • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Query, SAP, or financial reporting tools is a plus. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strategic mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights. • Fluent English; Spanish is an advantage. Education & Experience • Degree in Accounting, Economics, or similar. • MBA or post-graduation is a differential. • Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus. • Knowledge of general accounting principles. • Previous experience in similar positions.
